Rules of Eligibility To participate in varsity athletics all students must: (1) Maintain a 2.0 grade point average (2) Complete an ADA-1 packet (3)
Have insurance (offered at a discount by the school) (4) Have a doctor's physical the year of the activity.

Falcon wide receiver Jeremy Deering is currently reviewing over 25 offers from Division I schools. The 6’0 190-pound Multi-purpose athlete obviously possesses the skills desired by the top programs in the country. Rutgers is the latest one of the schools who have offered the talented young athlete a scholarship. Jeremy took a 1-day visit up to Piscataway during camp to assess what the Scarlet Knights have to offer.

2 Leto Students Sign Scholarships
|
|
Ken McAllister and Adolfo Navarro will both sign with Erie Community College. McAllister, a starting defensive end whose brother Demonte signed with FSU, was second on the team with three sacks. He also had 42 tackles last season. Navarro was the Falcons second-leading receiver with 12 receptions for 199 yards and 1 touchdown. McAllister and Navarro will join former Leto standout Donnie Wise. Wise is expected to be the Kats starting safety this season. Great job Falcons!

Howard to Charleston
|
|
Leto wide receiver Antwoun Howard verbally committed to the University of Charleston. The Golden Eagles had offered Howard a full scholarship during his official visit this past weekend. Howard also had interest from the University of Rhode Island, Hofstra and Glenville State. Howard led the Falcons with 19 receptions for 550 yards and seven touchdowns. He also averaged 42.38 yards on kickoff returns.

Volleyball and Soccer to Regionals
|
|
Congratulations to the 2008-2009 girl's volleyball team. This year's volleyball team was the district runner up and advanced to the regional semifinals held at Palm Harbor University. The boy's soccer team continued its district dominance by advancing to the regional finals, where they lost 3-1 to Palm Harbor University. Congratulations to all of our athletes for this great accomplishment!

Tiffany Dick to HCC
|
|
Senior, Tiffany Dick has been awarded a scholarship to play softball at Hillsborough Community College. Tiffany has been a 4-year standout at Leto and a key player on this year's outstanding squad. Way to go, Tiffany!!
